Baby Dedication Registration
Trinity Harvest Church (THC) hosts baby dedications bi-monthly, on first Sundays, immediately following the worship experience.
If you would like for your child to be dedicated to Christ at THC, please complete this brief form and you will be contacted by a THC Deacon the week prior to the Baby Dedication ceremony to confirm your participation.
This form has space for up to four (4) children. Please complete a separate form for additional children.
